The Parliamentary Ombudsman is presently dealing with my Dad's death with MRSA.So i am expecting to hear from Mr Nathan Karim -the Senior Investigating Officer anytime soon.
I have heard from Detective Inspector Adam Price from Fratton Police Station,Portsmouth. He is chasing up responses to enquires he has initiated. He has given me assurances that he will be interviewing the Hospital Doctors concerned with the falsification of my Dad's death certificate.
Lastly, the BBC Real Story i have appeared in about My Dad's death certificate-and it obviously talks about MRSA-should be on BBC1 soon.Check out:"REAL STORY:What Killed My Dad?"on

If my son had caused the level of damage to another person which MRSA contracted in an NHS hospital has caused to him, I would support a long prison term. As it is, and despite no dispute that he contracted MRSA in an NHS hospital and has been left very damaged, it is unlikely that negligence will be proved. In the meantime, our local PCT have advised him to have an ankle brace made and make an appointment with the disability jobs officer at the JobCentre. I have spoken with our MP.
