Hi all,
I just wandered. My friend is pregnant and as she is working in Residential home, she is worried what are the affects of MRSA in pregnancy, anything different?

Your friend should ask the management of the Residential Hospital if they have a MRSA/superbug problem. Then go and speak to her GP and her midwife for best advice.
MRSA/superbugs don't make allowances for pregnant women!

Dear tanya,im afraid there is none of us on this support site who could answer your question , you would really need to ask your G.P or if it is you that is pregnant, i would talk to any of the medical profession at the maternity , my best wishes.
