Dear Josie

give your sister some time if you have already lodged a complaint then at least you are in the system - your sister may feel differently once she is over the shock
as ever you know my emial address

best wishes

Hi Josie.
I am sorry to hear about your Mum.
My Dad passed away last Friday. He had MRSA in his bloodstream but i was informed today by the coroner that Pneumonia and 2 other things will be on his death certificate. I am not at all happy with this but i am not sure if there is anything i can do to change things.

Best Wishes
