Hello - I actually have MSSA rather than MRSA, but hopefully, someone here can help.
After a three-month hiatus, some lesions appeared last week under my armpits. They
hurt and are actively draining.
Can anyone recommend a way to keep a bandage in place over the lesions? I don't want
to ruin my shirts. Ordinary bandages simply won't stay attached, and using surgical
tape (with bandages, gauze squares, or nonstick pads) has limitations (it's very
uncomfortable, and the bandages tend to bunch up as I use my arms.)

You speaking to your doc? They may be able to recommend a way or a
particular medical dressing.
Failing that they could refer you to get some help from the local nurses sorting
them if necessary. They're looking after me nicely!
When I got them under my armpits I was overseas/not being treated so don't
know re the location what's best so get their advice if poss.
There's loads of different types of dressing out there: one that worked for me
more recently was a "Tegaderm Absorbant" sort of patch that sticks pretty
well . I'd imagine there's a few others to select from that might be suitable for
that particular location.
Good luck n let us know if you find something!
